Getting Events Back on Track – COVID 19 Compliant Event Staff

Throughout the past 12 months, many different industries have been affected by Covid-19 and the different lockdowns and restriction periods we have had. Trade shows, marketing and exhibitions have definitely been hit, with some people choosing to conduct these online as a temporary measure. 2021 looks set to be a much more positive year, but if you’re looking to host any sort of event then you will need to take steps to be Covid-19 compliant.

Risk Assessment – We’ll help you with the Health and Safety Executive that has several steps in place. We know that these change regularly so we’ll ensure our staff are working towards the latest guidance

Keeping Things Clean – We all know how important washing our hands is and our staff will ensure they follow all the guidelines for this –washing hands for longer, using hand sanitiser where needed and even the use of hand wash log can be implemented if required. Our promotional staff will also work with you to carry out a deep clean throughout the day ensuring that stands are kept clean and sanitised throughout the whole day.

Social Distancing – All social distancing guidelines will be followed where at all possible. Our staff can also come equipped with floor tape, wall signs and floor signs to help remind the public of the need to stay 2-metres apart where possible. They’ll also come with full PPE and will be trained in making sure this is used effectively.
